纤维素可溶于NaOH/尿素/硫脲复合溶剂体系.实验采用正交实验的方法研究了NaOH/尿素/硫脲的浓度对纤维素溶解的影响,以及各种溶解条件对溶解效果的影响.通过用XRD、FT-IR表征了该体系下所得的再生纤维素膜.结果表明:纤维素在该水溶液体系下的最佳溶解条件:NaOH的质量分数7%,尿素的质量分数7%,硫脲的质量分数10%,冷冻温度-10℃,在该条件下对纤维素有很好的溶解性能且纤维素溶解再生后为纤维素Ⅱ.

The cellulose may dissolve in the NaOH/urea/thiourea compound resolver system.This experiment used the orthogonal experiment's method study the NaOH/urea/thiourea density the influence which dissolved to the cellulose,and the influence of each kind of dissolved condition to the dissolves effect,XRD,FT-IR are used to attribute under this system the obtained regenerated cellulose membrane.The results indicate that,the best dissolved condition of cellulose under this system is NaOH/urea/thiourea/water quality score 7/7/10/76 and chilling point -10℃.Under this condition is known as the very good dissolved performance and the cellulose dissolution regeneration fiber membrane is the cellulose Ⅱ.
