采用问卷调查法,检验公务员组织公平感与关联绩效之间关系以及工作满意度在二者之间的作用。通过对大连10个政府部门500名公务员的调查数据进行层次回归分析、中介效应检验,结果显示:程序公平和领导公平是公务员关联绩效的显著正向预测变量;工作满意度是公务员关联绩效的显著正向预测变量;工作满意度在公务员组织公平感与其关联绩效关系之间具有完全中介作用。

The purpose of this study is to examine how the civil servants’ perceptions of organizational justice influence contextual performance and to reveal the mediating effects of job satisfaction in perceptions of organizational justice and contextual performance.A questionnaire is used to collect data from 500 civil servants from 10 government departments in Dalian.A series of hierarchical regression analyses and mediating effects testing are conducted for data analyses.The results consistently show that procedural justice and leadership justice are the positive predictor of contextual performance,and job satisfaction is also the positive predictor of contextual performance.Additionally,the result also demonstrates that job satisfaction has completely mediating effects on perceptions of organizational justice and contextual performance.
