选择了苯并三唑、受阻胺、氧化锌、酞菁绿、二氧化钛和UV300等七种光稳定剂制备黎蒴栲/PVC复合材料,考察其对复合材料耐土壤腐蚀性的影响,发现添加酞菁绿的复合材料耐土壤腐蚀性最好,添加氧化锌的复合材料耐土壤腐蚀性最差.分析了复合材料土壤腐蚀前后的力学性能和FTIR数据,提出了一种黎蒴栲/PVC复合材料土壤腐蚀的机理.
選擇瞭苯併三唑、受阻胺、氧化鋅、酞菁綠、二氧化鈦和UV300等七種光穩定劑製備黎蒴栲/PVC複閤材料,攷察其對複閤材料耐土壤腐蝕性的影響,髮現添加酞菁綠的複閤材料耐土壤腐蝕性最好,添加氧化鋅的複閤材料耐土壤腐蝕性最差.分析瞭複閤材料土壤腐蝕前後的力學性能和FTIR數據,提齣瞭一種黎蒴栲/PVC複閤材料土壤腐蝕的機理.
선택료분병삼서、수조알、양화자、태정록、이양화태화UV300등칠충광은정제제비려삭고/PVC복합재료,고찰기대복합재료내토양부식성적영향,발현첨가태정록적복합재료내토양부식성최호,첨가양화자적복합재료내토양부식성최차.분석료복합재료토양부식전후적역학성능화FTIR수거,제출료일충려삭고/PVC복합재료토양부식적궤리.
Seven light stabilizers such as: benzotriazole, HALS, ZnO, pigment phthalocyanine green, TiO2 and UV300 were used to study the soil corrosion resistance of castanopsis fissa/PVC composite. The experimental results demonstrated that pigment phthalocyanine green showed the best stability for the composite, whereas ZnO showed the worst. The strength of shearing, elasticity modulus, tensile strength, elongation at break and impact toughness of composite buried for seven months was -2.3,-10.6,15.4,17.5 and -4.6 higher than that of composite un-buried. FTIR analysis consisted well with the mechanical results. A mechanism was also proposed to explain the soil corrosion of castanopsis fissa/PVC composite.
