研究人参渣中多糖的超声波提取工艺,采用正交设计优化人参多糖的提取工艺,并用硫酸-苯酚比色法对多糖的含量进行测定。最优化条件为:超声波功率为300 W,料液比分别为1∶20,提取时间40 min,提取温度70℃,在此条件下人参多糖提取率为33.83%。本方法提取时间短、效率高,含量检测方法简便、准确率高、重现性好。

To study the optimal extraction condition of polysaccharides from ginseng residue by uhrasonic-assisted extraction.The optimal process of extracting polysaccharides from ginseng residue was studied by orthogonal design.The content of ginseng polysaccharides was determined by the method of phenol-vitriol.The optimum transonic extraction conditions were ultrasonic power 300 W,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶20,transonic extracted times of 40 minutes each time and the ultrasonic temperature of 70 ℃.The content of ginseng polysaccharides was 33.83 % under this optimum transonic extraction conditions.This method is rapid,high efficiency.The approad of the content determination was simple,highly accurate and reproducible.
