本文通过对建构主义教学模式在医学教育中的适切性分析,探讨了建构主义教学模式应用于医学教育的积极意义.同时,指出建构主义教学模式过于注重情境式教学、忽视实践技能训练,与我国医学教育国情有不适应之处,即存在不适切性;提示在医学教学中借鉴建构主义教学模式的同时,要与我国医学教育的实际情况相结合.

The significance in medical education was discussed in this paper, through carefully analyzing of relevancy about constructivist educational model in medical education. It was pointed out that the constructivist educational model had inappropriate for the situation of medical education in our country because of its overemphasis on situational teaching and neglecting of the training of practical skills. Therefore, it is suggested that we should think about and contact with the reality of our country when we draw lessons from constructivist educational model.
