Combining the experiences in concrete construction of canal aqueduct of Fangshui river, steel trestle scaffold platform was used for lay-ing the template of the casting concrete construction. Thus safety and quality of casting concrete construction process were ensured. It could prove that in the hydraulic engineering construction process, the technology of setting up supporting shelving system should be arose more recognition and that was important in quality of project and safety in production.
