茶黄素是一类具有广泛开发前景的茶叶天然产物.本文综述国内外4种主要茶黄素单体分离制备方法研究进展,比较分析纤维素层析法、葡聚糖凝胶层析法、硅胶层析法、高速逆流色谱法和聚酰胺层析法等茶黄素单体分离制备方法的优缺点,认为聚酰胺层析法是目前比较理想的4种主要茶黄素单体分离制备方法,可为开发利用茶黄素提供一定的科学借鉴依据.

Theaflavins are a class of tea natural product with broad development prospects. Separation and preparation method of theaflavin monomers were reviewed, including cellulose chromatography, dextran gel chromatography, silica gel chromatography,polyamide adsorption resin chromatography and high speed counter current chromatograph, with their advantages and disad-vantages compared. Polyamide adsorption resin chromatography was more satisfactory for separation and preparation of theaflavin monomer than others.
