目的探讨兔肝脏VX_2肿瘤射频消融治疗术后残余瘤组织中天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶-9(caspase-9)表达变化的意义.方法制备兔肝脏VX_2肿瘤动物模型,经超声引导下行射频消融术(RFA)治疗,人为造成肿瘤组织残余,应用免疫组化方法检测治疗后兔肝VX_2肿瘤残余瘤组织中caspase-9的表达情况.结果射频消融治疗术前caspase-9在兔肝脏VX_2肿瘤组织中呈低表达,为(9.6±5.3)%,治疗后即刻组残存瘤组织中的阳性表达率为(13.6±9.8)%;治疗1周后caspase-9于残存瘤组织中的阳性表达率为(46.8±12.8)%;治疗2周后的阳性表达率为(76.7±15.5)%.结论射频消融术可以诱导兔肝VX2肿瘤残余瘤组织中的肿瘤细胞凋亡,从而起到进一步的治疗作用.

Objective To discuss the expression of the cysteine-containing aspartate-specific proteases-9(caspase-9)in rabbits liver VX_2 tumor-remnant tissues after radio-frequency ablation.Methods Rabbit liver VX_2 tumor model was prepared.Tumor-remnant tissues were remained by ultrasound guided radio-frequency ablation treatment.The expression status of caspase-9 in rabbit liver VX_2 tumor-adjacent tissues was detected after radio-frequency ablation treatment with immuno-histochemical techniques.Results Before radio-frequency ablation,caspase-9 in rabbit liver VX_2 tumor-adjacent tissues was in low level expression,with expression rate 9.6±5.3%.After the radio-frequency ablation,the expression rate of caspase-9 in tumor-remnants tissues was 13.6±9.8%.One week after the radio-frequency ablation,the expression rate of caspase-9 in tumor-adjacent tissues was 46.8±12.8%.Two weeks after treatment,the expression rate was 76.7±15.5%.Conclusions The radio-frequency ablation can effectively eliminate the liver tumor cells in tumor-adjacent tissues.
