从白冠长尾雉粪样中分离出一株产氢量高的细菌菌株,命名为AUH-BG208.通过革兰氏染色和耐氧性测定,菌株AUH-BG208为革兰氏阴性兼性厌氧菌株.菌株AUH-BG208形态学及生理生化特征与克雷伯氏属一致,通过菌株16S rDNA序列分析,发现该菌株与肺炎克雷伯氏菌Klebsiella pneumoniae (AJ233420)相似性为100%.此外,对菌株AUH-BG208在不同条件下的产氢特性进行了测定.结果表明:该菌株在起始pH值为7.0,葡萄糖浓度为40 g/L,以酵母粉和硝酸钾为氮源时产氢能力最强,产氢量为1 900 mL/L.
從白冠長尾雉糞樣中分離齣一株產氫量高的細菌菌株,命名為AUH-BG208.通過革蘭氏染色和耐氧性測定,菌株AUH-BG208為革蘭氏陰性兼性厭氧菌株.菌株AUH-BG208形態學及生理生化特徵與剋雷伯氏屬一緻,通過菌株16S rDNA序列分析,髮現該菌株與肺炎剋雷伯氏菌Klebsiella pneumoniae (AJ233420)相似性為100%.此外,對菌株AUH-BG208在不同條件下的產氫特性進行瞭測定.結果錶明:該菌株在起始pH值為7.0,葡萄糖濃度為40 g/L,以酵母粉和硝痠鉀為氮源時產氫能力最彊,產氫量為1 900 mL/L.

One bacterium designated AUH-BG208 with higher hydrogen-producing capacity was isolated from Syrmaticus reevesii feces. Bacterial strain AUH-BG208 is a facultative gram-negative bacterium based on gram-staining and oxygen-endurance ability test. Physiological and biochemical characteristics and morphological study showed that bacterial strain AUH-BG208 had the same properties of that of genus Klebsiella. BLAST search on the GenBank revealed that the full-length of 16S rDNA gene sequence of strain AUH-BG208 has 100% similarity to that of Klebsiella pneumoniae (AJ233420). Furthermore,hydrogen-producing capacity under different conditions of bacterium AUH-BG208 was studied as well. The results showed that the optimal conditions for strain AUH-BG208 were as follows:initial pH7.0,the concentration of glucose 40 g/L,nitrogen source mixture of yeast powder and potassium nitrate. The maximum hydrogen-producing yield was 1 900 mL/L under the optimal conditions.
