目的探讨远程护理会诊在社区压疮护理中的应用效果.方法选择366例社区压疮及高危压疮患者,采用在网上运用博客、视频、语音、邮件等方式进行远程护理会诊或健康指导,并观察效果.结果 2006年11月到2011年6月,博客总点击率达19万人次,完成远程社区压疮会诊及咨询366例,其中压疮健康咨询159例,压疮创面处理207例,治愈185例,好转22例.结论开设远程社区压疮护理会诊服务是切实可行的护理服务模式,具有方便、快捷、有效等优势,解决了部分患者就医难就医贵问题,同时远程视频护理会诊也是世界各地护理同行相互学习、研究的有效方式,值得推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of the remote nursing consultation on the care of pressure ulcer Patients in community.Methods Totals of 366 patients with pressure ulcer or high risk in happening were recruited and received remote nursing consultation or health guidance by blog,video,voice,mail and so on.Results From November 2006 to June 2011,the total clicks rate of the blog was more than 19 million,among 366cases,159cnses had health consultation,207cases had nursing consultation for pressure ulcer with 185cases cured and 22 improved.Conclusions Remote community pressure ulcer care consultation service is an effective model for nursing care of pressure ulcer in community with convenient,fast,effective and other advantages.The problem of some patients who couldnot afford the medical treatment was solved,and remote nursing consultation is an effective approach for peers around the world to learn and study each other,and it is valuable to be spread.
