In the 21st Century, information has become the strategic and the basic factor for social and economic develop-ment. The delivering ways of traditional libraries have been facing the challenges, as the information technology developing and updating. How do the traditional libraries treat with the difficulty? The author points out only innovation is the way to survive and develop for the library.
