在无水乙醇溶剂中,通过溶解、搅拌合成了木犀草素和锰、镉、铬3种过渡金属配合物,并通过元素分析、红外光谱和DSC差热分析等方法对其进行了结构表征.确定了所合成配合物的组成分别为:(C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Mn_2 (CH_3COO)_4、(C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Cd (NO_3)_2和(C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Cr(NO_3)_3,并确定了配体与金属离子的配位方式.
在無水乙醇溶劑中,通過溶解、攪拌閤成瞭木犀草素和錳、鎘、鉻3種過渡金屬配閤物,併通過元素分析、紅外光譜和DSC差熱分析等方法對其進行瞭結構錶徵.確定瞭所閤成配閤物的組成分彆為:(C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Mn_2 (CH_3COO)_4、(C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Cd (NO_3)_2和(C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Cr(NO_3)_3,併確定瞭配體與金屬離子的配位方式.

Three transition metal complexes of luteolin are prepared through the reaction of luteolin with Mn(CH_3COO)_2,Cd(NO_3)_2 and Cr(NO_3)_3 respectively in ethanol solution.The characterization of the complexes by elemental analyses,infrared spectroscopy and differential scanning calorimetry analyses indicate the coordination structures of (C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Mn_2(CH_3COO)_4,(C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Cd(NO_3)_2 and (C_(15)H_(10)O_6)Cr(NO_3)_3.It is found that the synthesis of the designed complexes provides a reference to enhance luteolin pharmaceutical activity.
