目的:探讨临床护理路径在体外循环临床护理的应用,以评价其应用效果.方法:对我科2008年1月～2009年1月收治需要体外循环手术的265例病人随机对照分为对照组和实验组,分别观察2组病人的平均住院时间、住院天数、护理满意度、健康知识掌握程度等.结果:实验组病人平均住院日缩短、平均住院费用低于对照组(P<0.05).实验组病人护理满意度和健康知识掌握程度高于对照组(P<0.01).结论:临床护理路径的应用,减少住院时间,降低住院费用,可以提高护理质量,提高病人对护理的满意度和对疾病的认识.

Objective:To explore and evaluate the application of clinical nursing pathway for the patients after cardiopulmonary bypass.Methods:Between January of 2008 and January of 2009,265 patients who underwent cardiopulmonary bypass were double-blindly randomlv divided into the experimental group and the control group.Attentions were given to their average hospital stay,average medlcal cost,degree of satisfaction with care and extent of understanding of health knowledge.Results:Patients in the experimental group showed a reduced average hospital stay and average medical cost than their counterparts in the control group(P<0.05);however,they presented a better degree of satisfaction with care and extent of understanding of health knowledge than those in the control group(P<0.01).conclusion:The application of clinical nursing pathway Can reduce the average hospital stay and average medical cost,improve the quality of nursing,increase the degree of patient's satisfaction with care and ratse their awareness of diseas.
