In this paper, we studied the strategic management process of the fifth generation of technological innovation based on the WSR methodology, built a three-dimensional analysis system of the technological innovation strategic management, as the Wuli-factors, Shili-factors and the Renli-factors. With the idea of the Wuli - Shili - Renli (WSR) integration, to establish a strategy integration model of the fifth-generation technology innovation, provided a theoretical basis and guiding principles to solute effectively the complex issue of strategy integration on technological innovation.
