Using Notoginseng[Panax notoginseng (Burk) F.H.Chen] as the main raw material, Notoginseng active ingredients were extracted, orthogonal designed experiment was used, the various factors affecting the quality of beverage were studied , the best formula was determined, a new beverage of flavor, color and good taste with a certain health function were developed.
