对苯二甲酸二异辛酯(DOTP)是近年发展起来的聚氯乙烯新型绿色增塑剂,酯化反应合成DOTP是最常见的方法之一.本文介绍几种从对苯二甲酸酯化合成对苯二甲酸二异辛酯的常用催化剂,比较其优缺、点,着重综述酯化反应合成对苯二甲酸二异辛酯的最新研究进展,并指出非均相反应是制约反应速率的直接因素,其中离子液体是最有可能实现均相反应的催化剂,从而可望缩短反应时间。

Ethylhexyl terephthalate (DOTP) is anenvironmentallyfriendly poly(vinyl chloride)-type plasticizer which is recently developed. The esterification reaction is one of the most comonly used methods. This paper mainly introduced several catalysts which are commonly used in the esterification synthesis of DOTP starting from terephthalic acid, and their advantages and disadvantageswere compared. Recent study progress of the esterification synthesis of DOTP was maily revieved, heterogeneous reaction has a direct inhibition to the reactionrate and the ionic liquids has a positive action on the homogeneous reaction which may result in the reduction of the reaction time were pionted out.
