目的探讨强化护士心肺复苏技能掌握程度的方法.方法随机抽考本院116名在职护士的心肺复苏术操作,比较不同职称护士的心肺复苏技术考核成绩、合格率及存在的主要问题.结果 116名护士的心肺复苏技术考核成绩平均(88.21±7.68)分,合格率为61.2%,其中主管护师平均分数及合格率均低于护师和护士(P＜0.05),护师与护士得分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).存在的主要问题为呼吸、脉搏及复检时判断时间不够,复检时呼吸脉搏未同时判断.结论应加强临床护士急救知识和临床技能的培训,建立重复培训和定期考核的制度,特别是对于高职称的护士更应予以加强CPR的培训.

Objective To explore ways of improving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) skills of clinical nurses. Methods 116 nurses in our hospital were randomly chosen to take CPR tests. Test scores,eligibility rate and main issues were compared among nurses of different professional titles. Results The general mean score was 88.21 ± 7.68 and eligibility rate was 61.2%. Test scores and eligibility rate of chief nurses were significantly lower than senior and junior nurses (P ＜ 0. 05 ). There was no significant difference between senior and junior nurses (P ＞ 0. 05 ). Main issues appeared to be: inadequate judgment time on breath, pulse and rechecking, as well as asynchronous check of breath and pulse. Conclusions Emergency knowledge and clinical skills should been reinforced in clinical nurses, repeat training and test system should be established and CPR training for chief nurses should be emphasized.
