目的 探讨双泪道硅胶插管在泪小管断裂吻合术中运用治疗效果及舒适度.方法 泪小管断裂40例(40眼),分为两组.10例以硬膜外麻醉管为支撑物的方法行泪小管断裂吻合术；30例以双硅胶管为支撑物的方法行泪小管断裂吻合术.两种方法泪道置管都保留3个月后拔管,拔管后随访3～9个月,并对患者疗效及舒适度进行调查.结果 双泪道硅胶插管做为泪小管支撑物,好转治愈率及舒适度良好以上都达96.67％.结论 泪小管断裂吻合术中运用双泪道硅胶插管疗效良好,尤其是术后舒适度明显优于硬膜外麻醉管者.
目的 探討雙淚道硅膠插管在淚小管斷裂吻閤術中運用治療效果及舒適度.方法 淚小管斷裂40例(40眼),分為兩組.10例以硬膜外痳醉管為支撐物的方法行淚小管斷裂吻閤術；30例以雙硅膠管為支撐物的方法行淚小管斷裂吻閤術.兩種方法淚道置管都保留3箇月後拔管,拔管後隨訪3～9箇月,併對患者療效及舒適度進行調查.結果 雙淚道硅膠插管做為淚小管支撐物,好轉治愈率及舒適度良好以上都達96.67％.結論 淚小管斷裂吻閤術中運用雙淚道硅膠插管療效良好,尤其是術後舒適度明顯優于硬膜外痳醉管者.
목적 탐토쌍루도규효삽관재루소관단렬문합술중운용치료효과급서괄도.방법 루소관단렬40례(40안),분위량조.10례이경막외마취관위지탱물적방법행루소관단렬문합술；30례이쌍규효관위지탱물적방법행루소관단렬문합술.량충방법루도치관도보류3개월후발관,발관후수방3～9개월,병대환자료효급서괄도진행조사.결과 쌍루도규효삽관주위루소관지탱물,호전치유솔급서괄도량호이상도체96.67％.결론 루소관단렬문합술중운용쌍루도규효삽관료효량호,우기시술후서괄도명현우우경막외마취관자.
Objective To observe the effects and comfort degree of silicone tube implantation through two lacrimal passages to treat traumatic canalicular laceration.Methods Fourty case (40 eyes)with canalicular laceration were divided into group A (10 cases) and group B (30 cases).Group A,patients were treated with eanaliculoplasty with epidural anesthetic tube.Group B with the same surgery with doule silicone tubes.All of patients remained tubes for three months and were followed for three to nine months.The effect and comfort degree were measured.Results The ratio of cure and comfort were 96.67％ in the group using double silicone tube.Conclusions For canaliculoplasty through two lacrimal ducts,silicone tube is better than epidural anesthetic tube in curative effect and postoperative comfort.
