对某轻型客车单斜臂式后悬架布置横向稳定杆,根据几何关系分析了横向稳定杆在悬架系统中运动协调性和有效性;试验结果表明,设计的稳定杆能有效改善整车的操纵稳定性,前后悬架的侧倾角刚度匹配也更趋合理.
對某輕型客車單斜臂式後懸架佈置橫嚮穩定桿,根據幾何關繫分析瞭橫嚮穩定桿在懸架繫統中運動協調性和有效性;試驗結果錶明,設計的穩定桿能有效改善整車的操縱穩定性,前後懸架的側傾角剛度匹配也更趨閤理.

A stabilizer bar was designed based on one light bus single tilted arm rear suspension. Motion harmony and validity in suspension system are analyzed according to geometry relationship. The experiment results show that steering stability of the full vehicle is improved by the stabilizer bar, and the rolling angle stiffness between front and rear suspension matches more reasonably.
