以扇区水泥胶结测井仪(SBT)在固井质量实验井的测井响应为基础,分析了可能影响SBT响应的几种因素.研究结果表明,SBT对第I界面的胶结情况反映灵敏,其补偿声波衰减值主要受固井第I界面的胶结情况和环空水泥扇形缺失的影响,而井外快速地层、第I界面水泥环隙宽度、第Ⅱ界面水泥扇形缺失、套管偏心、不同密度水泥对其响应有一定的影响,基本不受水泥环厚度、双层套管的影响.
以扇區水泥膠結測井儀(SBT)在固井質量實驗井的測井響應為基礎,分析瞭可能影響SBT響應的幾種因素.研究結果錶明,SBT對第I界麵的膠結情況反映靈敏,其補償聲波衰減值主要受固井第I界麵的膠結情況和環空水泥扇形缺失的影響,而井外快速地層、第I界麵水泥環隙寬度、第Ⅱ界麵水泥扇形缺失、套管偏心、不同密度水泥對其響應有一定的影響,基本不受水泥環厚度、雙層套管的影響.

Based on the logging response of Sector Bond Tool (SBT) in the experimental well of bond quality, several factors influenced logging response of SBT were analyzed. Logging response of SBT was sensitive to bonding conditions of the I Contact Surface and SBT compensating wave attenuation was mainly influenced by bonding conditions and annular cement imperfect. Some factors including the quick stratum, the width of the crack of 1 Contact Surface, the sector cement imperfect of Ⅱ Contact Surface, casing eccentricity and the different cement densities make some differences to SBT. The cement thickness and the double casing hardly influence logging response of SBT.
