在云南红河马堵山水电站工地进行了厚层碾压混凝土现场试验,并在黄花寨水电站厚层碾压混凝土试验的基础上,针对马堵山水电站的实际情况开展了厚层碾压混凝土不同摊铺厚度对比现场试验.试验中采用了日本酒井工程机械有限公司提供的SD451垂直振动碾压机,日本土琅和岩石工程技术有限公司提供大型表面透过型RI密度仪和轻便型1孔式RI密度仪,美国CPN公司MC-S-24双管分层核子密度仪.试验中,为了弥补黄花寨水电站试验过程中测试仪器的缺陷,重点进行了厚层碾压混凝土测试仪器性能对比试验,以便在工程项目实施中,选择性价比高和测试方便、操作简单的测试设备.
在雲南紅河馬堵山水電站工地進行瞭厚層碾壓混凝土現場試驗,併在黃花寨水電站厚層碾壓混凝土試驗的基礎上,針對馬堵山水電站的實際情況開展瞭厚層碾壓混凝土不同攤鋪厚度對比現場試驗.試驗中採用瞭日本酒井工程機械有限公司提供的SD451垂直振動碾壓機,日本土瑯和巖石工程技術有限公司提供大型錶麵透過型RI密度儀和輕便型1孔式RI密度儀,美國CPN公司MC-S-24雙管分層覈子密度儀.試驗中,為瞭瀰補黃花寨水電站試驗過程中測試儀器的缺陷,重點進行瞭厚層碾壓混凝土測試儀器性能對比試驗,以便在工程項目實施中,選擇性價比高和測試方便、操作簡單的測試設備.

An in-situ experiment on the RCC with thick placement lift for the construction of Madushan Hydropower Station on Red River in Yannan Province is made, and moreover, the compared tests on the different lifts of the thich placement are also carried out for the actual condition of the construction of Madushan Hydropower Station on the basis of the experiment ever made in the construction of the RCC with thick placement lift for Huanghuazhai Hydropewer Station. During the construction and experiment, SD451 vibratory roller with vertical vibration mechanism provided by Sakai Heavy Industries, Ltd in Japan, the nuclear moisture density gauges developed by Soil and Rock Engineering Co. Ltd. , in Japan, i. e. , the nuclear density gauge developed by CPN in USA are adopted. In the experiment, the compared tests on the properties of the measuring instruments for the testing of the RCC with thick placement lifts are emphatically conducted for the remedy of the defects from the measuring instruments for the relevant tests during the construction of Huanghuazhai Hydropawer Station, so as to select the simple and convenient measuring instruments with higher performance-price ratio for the construction of the project concerned.
