针对上顶栓压力常规PID控制存在响应慢、超调量大、抗干扰能力不强的问题,进行上顶栓压力的智能控制研究.利用AMESim和MATLAB/Simulink进行液压系统和控制系统的联合仿真.以仿真得出的参数实现了基于S7-300PLC的模糊自整定PID控制算法,在GK255N型密炼机上进行实验.Wince监控结果表明:模糊自整定PID控制比常规PID控制取得更好的控制效果.

The intelligent control for ram piston pressure was researched to solve the problems of slow response speed, big overshoot and bad robustness of general PID control. The co-simulation of hydraulic system and control system was completed by AMESim and MATLAB/Simulink. A fuzzy self-tuning PID control strategy based on the simulation parameters was build on S7-300 PLC for GK255N mixer. The experimental results sampled by Wince showed that fuzzy self-tuning PID control had a better performance.
