PET%TPEE%structure%blending%impact property
通过熔融共混的方法制备不同组成的PET/TPEE共混物,并采用DSC、仪器化冲击仪和SEM等测试手段,对PET/TPEE共混体系的结构和冲击性能进行研究.DSC测试表明:PET/TPEE共混物中两组份仍保持着各自分子链的规整性,进一步加热两组分仍可以分别结晶.力学性能结果显示:在15%TPEE添加量条件下,TPEE可以有效地改善PET的冲击性能.同时SEM照片显示:冲击断面生成许多新层面,有助于冲击性能的改善.

A series of PET/TPEE blends with different contents were prepared by melt blending. Structure and impact property of PET/TPEE blend were studied by DSC, instrumented impactor and SEM, DSC test results showed that PET and TPEE kept the chain regulation well, and then could be crystallized separately during a heating process. It was found that impact property of PET could be modified effectively when TPEE was incorporated into PET matrix. SEM photos showed that new layers were created on impacting fractured surface, which was beneficial to enhance impact property.
