在对裂解炉辐射段炉管烧焦过程进行分析的基础上,确立了模拟烧焦过程的数学模型;依据中国石油化工股份有限公司北京燕山分公司实际工业装置的运行情况,对该公司KTI SMK型气体裂解炉辐射段炉管烧焦过程进行了模拟,并对裂解炉辐射段烧焦结束的判断标准、提高空气量对烧焦的影响等问题进行了分析.模拟结果表明,目前工业生产中普遍采用的以烧焦尾气中CO_x摩尔分数小于0.5%为判断烧焦结束的标准,存在烧焦不完全的问题,在实际应用中需要降低烧焦尾气中CO_x含量或延长烧焦时间,以达到完全烧焦的目的;在裂解炉辐射段炉管烧焦过程中,适当提高空气量有利于缩短烧焦时间.

Chemical reactions of decoking process in radiation section of cracker were analysed, mathematical model for simulation were established based on the operation practice in Beijing Yanshan Petrochemical Company's gas steam cracking unit, and the decoking process of KTI SMK cracker was simulated. The decoking end criteria and effect of increasing air flux in decoking process were investigated by simulation with the help of the model. The results showed that the widely known decoking end criterion of less than 0.5%CO_x mole fraction in tail gas was in question, which actually led to incomplete decoking. In practice, for complete decoking, either CO_x mole fraction in tail gas should be lowered or coke combustion time should be prolonged. In decoking process,increasing air flux could shorten total decoking time.
