采用单因素分析法,研究了低温等离子体的处理时间、功率和压强对竹原纤维化学脱胶效果的影响。结果表明,在进行化学脱胶之前,运用等离子体处理竹原纤维,可提高煮练效率,最佳的工艺条件是:时间4min,功率150W,压强20Pa。

Using the method of single factor analysis,the influences of treatment time,power,pressure of low temperature plasma on bamboo fiber chemical degumming were studied.The results showed that using plasma to bamboo fiber before chemical degumming could improve the degumming efficiency,the best treating conditions were: time of 4 min,power of 150 W,pressure of 20 Pa.
