乳制品冷链物流的乳源环节是乳制品冷链物流中的重要一环，而鲜奶的新鲜度和存储时间是一组矛盾，本文以调查的8家奶牛场为例，分析了其挤奶时间、产量、运输时间3方面的问题，找出合理的运输时间，既能保证牛奶的新鲜度，又可以减少储存时间。加权平均法。

Dairy products source is an important part of the Dairy Cold Chain Logistics, this article stydied in the best time to carry the diary after milking. The freshness of the milk and the storage time can not be handled at the same time. We investigated 8 diary farms ,analysized their milking time,output,and transportation time,trying to find out the very right time that not only can keep the milk fresh but also can reduce the storage time. This article mainly use the weighted average method.
