放射性肺纤维化是胸部肿瘤放疗及骨髓移植预处理中常见而难治的并发症.近年来对放射性肺纤维化形成机制的最重要的认识就是细胞因子作为中心环节启动和维持胶原蛋白代谢调控失衡,使得放射性肺纤维化成为一个正反馈的进行性加重过程.细胞因子的合成受到转录因子调控,其调控过程错综复杂.钙振荡作为普遍存在的信号形式能够高效、特异地调节转录因子的活性和细胞因子表达·与放射性肺纤维化的形成机制相关联.

Radiation pulmonary fibrosis is a common and incurable complication in thoracic radiotherapy for breast neoplasm and total body irradiation for pretreatment before bone marrow transplantation. In recent years, the most important knowledge about radiation pulmonary fibrosis is that the cytokines play the most important role in starting and maintaining collagen metabolic unbalance. And cytokines cause the formation of radiation pulmonary fibrosis as a regenerative and aggravating process. Expression of cytokines is controlled by transcription factors, and the adjustment process is intricate. Calcium oscillation,a common form of signal, can effectively adjust the transcription factor activity and cytokine expression. It is related to the mechanism of radiation pulmonary fibrosis.
