实验诊断技术的迅速发展与多年不变的实验诊断学教学模式形成了强烈的反差,如何改革实验诊断学教学、更好地满足医学发展和临床实践的需要是一个值得探讨的课题.本文分析了实验诊断学教学现状及其存在的问题,提出了以培养和提高学生的临床思维能力和实际应用能力为核心的教学理念,通过优化教师配置、调整课程设置、完善教学内容、采用先进教学手段、调整考核方法等教学改革举措,提高了实验诊断学的教学效果.

Experimental diagnostic techniques with the rapid development of the laboratory diagnosties and the unchangeable teaching model for many years formed a strong contrast.How to reform the teaching of laboratory diagnostics to meet the need of medical development and chnical practice is a problem worthy discussing.This paper analyzed current problem and the teaching situation of laboratory diagnostics and propased the teaching theory in order to cultivate and improve students thinking skills and practical clinical application ability as the core.We pushed the teaching reform by optimizing allocation of teaching resource,adjusting course design and contents,adjusting the curriculum installation,improving the teaching diplomacy,to renovate teaching theory,to regulate the methods of the evaluation and agreesment and so on,and we elevated the effect of laboratory diagnostics,and shared for everyone.
