目的 建立山东不同品种玫瑰花药材的过氧化物酶同工酶鉴别方法.方法 聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳法.结果 19个品种的玫瑰花过氧化物酶同工酶分析,显现出谱带1~5条,其中D1带和D2带是玫瑰的基本谱带.结论 山东产玫瑰花各品种过氧化物酶同工酶的谱型较多,品种之间有较明显的差异,可作为玫瑰花栽培品种鉴别的依据,为玫瑰花的规范化栽培提供了资料.

Objective To establish a Peroxidase isoenzyme(POD) method for identification of rugosa rose varieties in Shandong province.Methods The polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis method was applied.Results Peroxidase zymograms of the 19 species were analyzed.The results showed that there were one to five belts,of which D1 and D2 were basic.Conclusion The significant difference of POD zymograms among rugosa rose varieties in Shandong can be used as a foundation,which will provide information for normalized cultivation.
