[目的]对组成低温生物膜的耐冷菌进行分离纯化.[方法]从低温生物膜上分离纯化耐冷细菌,对其进行生理生化鉴定,并测定其在4 ℃和30 ℃时的生长曲线.[结果]组成低温生物膜的微生物有很多种,其中8种分别属于丛毛单胞菌属、黄杆菌属、节杆菌属、芽孢杆菌属、微球菌属、假单胞杆菌属、无色菌属和弧菌属.这8株菌中S3生长速率最高,S2生长速率最低,其他6株菌的生长速率相差不大,它们在30 ℃时的生长速率均高于在4 ℃时,且在24 h时均进入对数生长期. [结论]该研究对于解决低温污水处理问题具有一定的意义.

[목적]대조성저온생물막적내랭균진행분리순화.[방법]종저온생물막상분리순화내랭세균,대기진행생리생화감정,병측정기재4 ℃화30 ℃시적생장곡선.[결과]조성저온생물막적미생물유흔다충,기중8충분별속우총모단포균속、황간균속、절간균속、아포간균속、미구균속、가단포간균속、무색균속화호균속.저8주균중S3생장속솔최고,S2생장속솔최저,기타6주균적생장속솔상차불대,타문재30 ℃시적생장속솔균고우재4 ℃시,차재24 h시균진입대수생장기. [결론]해연구대우해결저온오수처리문제구유일정적의의.
[Objective]The research aimed to separate and identify psychrotolerant bacteria from low temperature biomembrane.[Method]Psychrotolerant bacteria was separated and purified from low-temperature membrane, then physiological and biochemical identification of them was carried out and the growth curve of them at 4 ℃ and 30 ℃ was measured.[Result]There were many kinds of microbes which composing the low-temperature membrane,8 kinds among them belonged to Comamonas,Flavobacterium,Arthrobacter,Bacillus,Micrococcus,Pseudomona,Achromobacter,Vibrio, named S1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S6,S7,S8,respectively.S3 growed fastest and S2 growed slowest,the other 6 kinds growed with almost the same speed.All of the 8 kinds of microbes growed faster under 30 ℃ than under 4 ℃,and after 24 h they reached exponential phase.[Conclusion]This study was meaningful for the settlement of problems in sewage treatments under low temperature.
