采用自行设计制作的扩体错流式生物滴滤床,以甲苯为目标污染物、陶粒为填料、恶臭假单胞菌为菌源进行实验,研究了扩体错流式生物滴滤床的挂膜启动情况、甲苯进口浓度、停留时间对净化效率的影响.结果表明:(1)环境温度为17~23℃,扩体错流式生物滴滤床在10 d内完成挂膜启动,比传统生物滴滤床缩短了4 d.(2)甲苯净化效率随进口浓度的增加而逐渐下降.当甲苯进口质量浓度为1 100 mg/m~3时,净化效率为95%;当甲苯进口质量浓度维持在1 100~1 200 mg/m~3时,随停留时间的缩短,甲苯净化效率下降.(3)当停留时间分别为94、63、48 s时,甲苯净化效率分别为87%~92%、70%~74%、60%~62%.

The toluene degraded bacterial was inoculated on an enlarged cross-flow bio-tricking filter with Pseudomonas putida as cultured strains. The stat-up process of the filter was studied and effects of inlet concentration and residence time on toluene removal capacity were investigated. The results indicated that given the surrounding temperature of 17℃ to 23℃ ,the tested filter completed start-up process in 10 d,which was 4 d earlier than that of traditional bio-trickling filter. With inlet concentration of less than 1 100 mg/m~3,95% of toluene was removed,while the removal efficiency was decreased with increasing of inlet concentration,when the inlet toluene concentration ranged from 1 100 mg/m~3 to 1 200 mg/m~3 ,the removal efficiency of the filter kept 87%-92% at the residence time of 94 s. Reduce the residence time could decrease the filter treatment efficiency,only 60%-620% of was purified at the residence time of 4.8 s.
