根据西气东输二线工程的交通网络,结合其可行性分析,制定出钢管订购和运输的管道网络图,利用最短路Floyd算法简化了距离网络,求出最小购运费用矩阵.在此基础之上建立了钢管订购和运输问题的整数非线性规划模型,利用Lingo软件编程求解得出最优的西气东输钢管订购和运输方案,为西气东输二线工程的顺利进行提供了理论依据.
根據西氣東輸二線工程的交通網絡,結閤其可行性分析,製定齣鋼管訂購和運輸的管道網絡圖,利用最短路Floyd算法簡化瞭距離網絡,求齣最小購運費用矩陣.在此基礎之上建立瞭鋼管訂購和運輸問題的整數非線性規劃模型,利用Lingo軟件編程求解得齣最優的西氣東輸鋼管訂購和運輸方案,為西氣東輸二線工程的順利進行提供瞭理論依據.

Firstly,a pipeline network graph of the steel pipe's order and transportation is obtained according to the transportation network and combining analysis of feasibility;secondly,the distance network is simplified by using the shortest path Floyd algorithm and the minimum order-transportation cost matrix is given.Based on these,an integer nonlinear programming model on the problem is built.Then,the satisfactory plan of the steel pipe's order and transportation problem is obtained by using Lingo software.The theory annalysis are given for promoting the development of the second period of the project to transport gas from the west to the east.
