对Ti-ANb-Ta,Ti-ANb-BTa-Zr系列合金进行了研究,探讨了固溶态下Ta、Zr对钛合金性能及组织的影响.在固溶态下,Ti-ANb-Ta,Ti-ANb-BTa-Zr合金均具有较低的弹性模量,达60 GPa;具有优良的塑性性能,伸长率最高达32%,断面收缩率最高达80%;合金抗拉强度随Ta、Zr含量的增加,在500~700 MPa之间变化,且呈上升趋势.合金固溶态显微组织主要是残余β+针状马氏体α″,随β稳定元素Ta和中性元素Zr增加,残余β增加,针状马氏体α″减少.
對Ti-ANb-Ta,Ti-ANb-BTa-Zr繫列閤金進行瞭研究,探討瞭固溶態下Ta、Zr對鈦閤金性能及組織的影響.在固溶態下,Ti-ANb-Ta,Ti-ANb-BTa-Zr閤金均具有較低的彈性模量,達60 GPa;具有優良的塑性性能,伸長率最高達32%,斷麵收縮率最高達80%;閤金抗拉彊度隨Ta、Zr含量的增加,在500~700 MPa之間變化,且呈上升趨勢.閤金固溶態顯微組織主要是殘餘β+針狀馬氏體α″,隨β穩定元素Ta和中性元素Zr增加,殘餘β增加,針狀馬氏體α″減少.

Effects of Ta, Zr on properties and microstructure of solid solution Ti alloy were investigated by analyzing Ti-ANb-Ta, Ti-ANb-BTa-Zr series alloys. Solid solution Ti-ANb-Ta, Ti-ANb-BTa-Zr series alloys exhibit lower elastic modulus in which the lowest value is 58 GPa and excellent plastic performance in which maximum value of elongation and contraction of area reach 32% and 80%, respectively. With increasing in Ta and Zr contents, tensile strength of the alloys is increased in range of 500~700 MPa. Microstructure of the solid solution alloy is composed of residual β phase and acicular martensite α″, in which with increasing in Ta and Zr, residual β phase is increased with the decrease of acicular martensite α″.
