报告1例由球形马拉色菌感染所致的背部皮肤脓肿.患者男,37岁.背部皮肤起一肿块,反复流脓3个月余.皮损组织病理检查见酵母样厚壁孢子.脓液涂片直接镜检见大量圆球形、折光明显的厚壁孢子.真菌培养出淡黄色奶酪样菌落,依据该菌的生理生化实验鉴定为球形马拉色菌.口服伊曲康唑治疗1个月后,皮损痊愈.

A 37-year-old male patient suffered from the skin abscess infected by Malassezia globosa for 3 months is reported.The lesions on the back was an abscess overflowed with liquor matter.Histopathology showed yeast-like chlamydospores.Microscopic examination of the liquor matter found lots of round chlamydospores.The colonies were pallide-flavens and cheese-like on olive oil medium at 32℃.The strain,based on the physiological and biochemical experiments,was identified as Malassezia globosa,After oral itraconazole for 1 month the lesions were recovered.
