随着节能环保越来越受到重视,燃烧器燃烧系统逐渐向多燃料的混合燃烧方式发展,对燃烧器控制有了新的要求。为此,提出了基于西门子PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)控制系统下的多燃料混烧解决方案,针对混烧燃料不同成分的热值关系,通过燃料流量和风量配比的控制,达到节能环保的要求。实际应用表明,所提出的解决方案经济、有效。
隨著節能環保越來越受到重視,燃燒器燃燒繫統逐漸嚮多燃料的混閤燃燒方式髮展,對燃燒器控製有瞭新的要求。為此,提齣瞭基于西門子PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)控製繫統下的多燃料混燒解決方案,針對混燒燃料不同成分的熱值關繫,通過燃料流量和風量配比的控製,達到節能環保的要求。實際應用錶明,所提齣的解決方案經濟、有效。

For environmental protection and energy saving,the burning system of boilers trends to multi-fuel mixed type,which has new requirements for burner control system.To meet these requirements,a scheme of burner control system based on Siemens PLC is given.The requirements of environment protection and energy saving are attained by controlling the ratio of fuel-flow to air-flow auording to the calorific values of different fuel composition.Practical applications show that the solution scheme is feasible,economical and effective.
