首先对飞机结冰的原因、危害以及风挡防冰的方法做了简单的概述,针对广泛应用的民用飞机平面风挡防冰热量耗散进行分析,阐述了每部分热量的用途以及计算方法,针对热载荷计算输入,确定了热载荷计算状态点的选取原则,并考虑了风挡玻璃加热时向内散热的热量。提出了一种风挡防冰热载荷的计算方法,计算结果与实际应用中的几类机型的风挡防冰加温功率基本相当。所述的方法可用于工程设计。

This paper gives out a brief summarize of the reason and hazard of aircraft icing and introduce the means of windshield anti-ice first- ly, then analyze the anti-ice heat losses of flat windshield which has been widely-used in commercial aircrafts and illuminate the purpose and cal- culating method of every portion of heat losses. Selection principle of state point for heat load calculation has been determined according to calcu- lation input. In addition, inward heat loss to the cockpit when windshield works has been taken into consideration. The paper presents a method of anti-ice heat load for windshield and calculation result is close to heat power of windshield for several aircrafts. The presented method has been discussed with representatives of CAAC and been approved, and could be used in engineer design.
