This paper firstly analyzes the meaning of ＂Two Ability-type＂ logistics talents, then analyzes the necessity for the major of logistics management to carry out ＂Two Ability-type＂ talents training model, and the two models of employment education and entreprenemship education were compared with, lastly puts forward building requirements and building ideas of characteristics for the major of logistics management to carry out ＂Two Ability-type＂ talents training model.
