生理情况下Notch通路不仅对成年神经干细胞数量的维持和自我更新发挥着决定性的作用,而且还可以抑制其向神经元分化,促进其向神经胶质细胞分化.脑缺血发生后,Notch信号通路被激活以调控缺血后脑损害区域的结构和功能重建.此文将主要综述Notch信号通路及其在生理和病理情况下对成年哺乳动物中枢神经系统的调控.
生理情況下Notch通路不僅對成年神經榦細胞數量的維持和自我更新髮揮著決定性的作用,而且還可以抑製其嚮神經元分化,促進其嚮神經膠質細胞分化.腦缺血髮生後,Notch信號通路被激活以調控缺血後腦損害區域的結構和功能重建.此文將主要綜述Notch信號通路及其在生理和病理情況下對成年哺乳動物中樞神經繫統的調控.

Physiologically, Notch signaling pathway is not only to be implicated in the maintenance and self-renewal of adult NSC, but also can inhibit differentiation of NSC to neuron and promotes to neural gila cells. After cerebral ischemia occurs, Notch signaling pathway is activated to regulate the reconstitution of the brain lesion and functional restoration. Here,we review the roles of Notch signaling pathway in the adult mammalian CNS in physiological and pathological conditions.
