目的 探讨胚胎移植术后剖宫产切口妊娠患者的护理.方法 通过个案护理,针对疾病特点,在护理过程中注意观察病情变化,采取相应的护理措施,同时细致地做好患者的饮食、心理护理及健康指导.结果 患者得到及时治疗和护理,术后恢复良好.结论 针对疾病特点,对患者进行针对性、个体化护理,对剖宫产切口妊娠治疗成功有重要意义.

목적 탐토배태이식술후부궁산절구임신환자적호리.방법 통과개안호리,침대질병특점,재호리과정중주의관찰병정변화,채취상응적호리조시,동시세치지주호환자적음식、심리호리급건강지도.결과 환자득도급시치료화호리,술후회복량호.결론 침대질병특점,대환자진행침대성、개체화호리,대부궁산절구임신치료성공유중요의의.
Objective To explore the nursing for cesarean scar pregnant patients after embryo transplant operation.Methods Based on a single case nursing and the characteristics of the illness,payed attention on the development of the illness and took relevant nursing measures,as well as gave guidance of the patients' diets,psychological nursing and health care were implemented.Results The patient received well treatment and nursing,and she recovered quickly after the operation.Conclusions It is important to consider the characteristics of the illness,and provide specific individual care for successful treatment of patients with cesarean scar pregnancy.
