由B群脑膜炎球菌(Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B,MenB)引起的流行性脑脊髓膜炎是全球重要的公共卫生问题之一.由于MenB荚膜多糖与人体组织具有相似性,以及MenB外膜蛋白抗原具有多样性和复杂性,因此目前尚无有效的MenB疫苗.荚膜多糖修饰疫苗可能是一种解决办法;应用反向疫苗学等方法确认MenB的各种保守抗原是重要的疫苗研究途径;将多种无交叉反应的抗原混合制成疫苗同样是未来的研究方向之一.此文就MenB疫苗的研究进展作一综述.

Epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis caused by Neisseria meningitidis serogroup B (MenB) is one of the most important public health problems throughout the world. Due to similarity between MenB capsu-lar polysaccharide and human tissue,as well as diversity and complexity of MenB outer membrane protein antigen , there is still no effective vaccine. Capsular polysaccharide-modified vaccine is a possible solution. Identification of MenB conserved antigens by novel methods such as reverse vaccinology is an important way for vaccine development. Mixture of many non-cross-reactive antigens is also one of the future directions for vaccine development. The progress in research of MenB vaccine is reviewed in this paper.
