在空气静压导轨设计中,工作面面型是主要设计参数之一.为了得到分布较为均匀的流场,设计了一种凹面气体静压导轨,其中凹面可以是光滑的凹球面、凹圆锥面、凹拱形面.对一个工作面为凹圆锥面,另一个工作面为平面的气体静压导轨进行理论分析与仿真计算.对有无开设均压槽两种情况下导轨工作面压强分布进行对比分析.结果表明:凹面气体静压导轨可以有效抑制振动,在工作面开设均压槽也可以减小振动.该研究对静压面面形及导轨设计具有重要意义.
在空氣靜壓導軌設計中,工作麵麵型是主要設計參數之一.為瞭得到分佈較為均勻的流場,設計瞭一種凹麵氣體靜壓導軌,其中凹麵可以是光滑的凹毬麵、凹圓錐麵、凹拱形麵.對一箇工作麵為凹圓錐麵,另一箇工作麵為平麵的氣體靜壓導軌進行理論分析與倣真計算.對有無開設均壓槽兩種情況下導軌工作麵壓彊分佈進行對比分析.結果錶明:凹麵氣體靜壓導軌可以有效抑製振動,在工作麵開設均壓槽也可以減小振動.該研究對靜壓麵麵形及導軌設計具有重要意義.

The shape of working face is one of the main parameters in designing the aerostatic bearings. In order to obtain a flow field which distributed more uniform, a new design an concave aerostatic bearing is described. The concave may be smooth concave spherical, concave cone surface or concave arched surface. Analysis and simulation was carried out for the aerostatic bearing which one of the working face is concave cone surface, the other one is plane. Also the pressure distribution of two situation whether to create the pressure tank or not was compared and analyzed. Numerical simulation shows that concave aerostatic bearing can restrain vibration effectively, creation of the pressure tank on the surface can restrain vibration also.The conclusions have important instructive value in designing the aerostatic bearing surface shape.
