[目的]探索甘薯新品种万薯7号组培快繁技术.[方法]剪取万薯7号0.5~1.0 cm长的单叶节段,接种到不同激素处理的MS固体培养基,在温度(27±1)℃,光周期16 h/d,光强1 500~2 000 lx条件下培养30 d.[结果]添加生长素IAA或NAA对薯苗生长起促进作用,而细胞分裂素6-BA抑制生长, 0.01~0.80 mg/L的IAA或NAA与1.00 mg/L的6-BA配合使用均抑制万薯7号组培苗生长.[结论]添加0.05 mg/L的IAA或0.20 mg/L的NAA的MS培养基,能显著增加万薯7号培养苗的叶片数和苗高,增殖系数达5倍以上,适用于万薯7号组培快繁.

[목적]탐색감서신품충만서7호조배쾌번기술.[방법]전취만서7호0.5~1.0 cm장적단협절단,접충도불동격소처리적MS고체배양기,재온도(27±1)℃,광주기16 h/d,광강1 500~2 000 lx조건하배양30 d.[결과]첨가생장소IAA혹NAA대서묘생장기촉진작용,이세포분렬소6-BA억제생장, 0.01~0.80 mg/L적IAA혹NAA여1.00 mg/L적6-BA배합사용균억제만서7호조배묘생장.[결론]첨가0.05 mg/L적IAA혹0.20 mg/L적NAA적MS배양기,능현저증가만서7호배양묘적협편수화묘고,증식계수체5배이상,괄용우만서7호조배쾌번.
[Objective] The purpose was to explore the technique of tissue culture and rapid propagation techniques of a new sweet-potato variety Wanshu 7. [Method] 0.5-1.0 cm segments of single leaf of Wanshu 7 were pruned and inoculated on MS solid media with different hormone, and cultured for 30 days in the fallowing conditions of temperature of (27±1)℃, photoperiod of 16 h/d and light intensity of 1 500-2 000 lx.[Result] The results showed that the addition of auxin IAA or NAA could promote the growth of potato seedlings,but the cytokinin 6-BA inhibited the growth. 0.01-0.80 mg/L auxin IAA or NAA and 1.00 mg/L 6-BA could also inhibit the growth of potato seedlings of Wanshu 7.[Conclusion] The proliferation coeffeicent reached more than five times. It was the optimum method for the tissue culture and rapid propagation of Wanshu 7.
