为了提高制药废水的处理效果,在原处理工艺设施上,加装了内循环厌氧反应器(IC),深入研究了IC的启动条件.以IC在维生素生产废水处理工程中的实际应用为依托,分析反应器的运行效果,本次启动研究历时127d.工程运行结果表明,出水VFA(乙酸)的质量浓度在200 mg·L~(-1)以下、COD去除率90%以上、pH保持在6.7~7.7,系统运行稳定,处理效率高.

In order to increase removal efficiency in pharmaceutical wastewator,including internal circulation anaerobic reactor on the existing treatment process,and far deeper research of IC reactor's start-up condition. The practical application of internal circulation anaerobic reactor in treatment engineering of vitamins production waste-water was studied,and the operation efficiency of reactor is analyzed,The start-up testing lasted 127 days,The operation results show that the VFA (acetic acid) density of effluent water was lower than 200 mg·L~(-1)、COD removal rate was higher than 90%、pH kept at 6.7~7.7.The system operates stably and has high pollutant removal efficiency.
