研究了隔膜热处理对锂离子电池电性能和安全性能的影响.随着热处理温度的升高,隔膜的收缩率增大.在90℃下热处理30 min,对隔膜边缘的影响较小,可满足极组对齐度的要求,同时隔膜的孔隙率下降、穿刺强度提高.隔膜热处理会使电池容量分布均匀,自放电降低.隔膜热处理可改善电池的过充安全性能,并延长内短路的失效时间,提高散热效率,提高安全性能.

The effect of separator heat treating on electrical and safety performance of Li-ion battery was studied.The shrinkage ratio of the separator was increased with the increasing of heat treating temperature.The shrinkage of separator was small when heat treated at 90℃ for 30 min,which could meet the alignment of jelly rolls,while the porosity of the separator was decreased and its puncture strength was increased.The distribution of capacity of batteries became uniform after separator heat treating,and the self-discharge was decreased.The overcharge safety performance of the battery was improved,the failure time of internal shortcircuit was extended.the radiation efficiency was increased.The safety performance was increased.
