目前云南电大大学英语（B）网考合格率远低于全国电大的平均合格率。因此,分析大学英语（B）网考中存在的问题并提出有效对策,深入探索适合云南电大非英语专业本科学生英语学习的教学方法,提高学生的学习能力以及英语运用能力,提高云南电大英语网考合格率显得尤其重要。
目前雲南電大大學英語（B）網攷閤格率遠低于全國電大的平均閤格率。因此,分析大學英語（B）網攷中存在的問題併提齣有效對策,深入探索適閤雲南電大非英語專業本科學生英語學習的教學方法,提高學生的學習能力以及英語運用能力,提高雲南電大英語網攷閤格率顯得尤其重要。
목전운남전대대학영어（B）망고합격솔원저우전국전대적평균합격솔。인차,분석대학영어（B）망고중존재적문제병제출유효대책,심입탐색괄합운남전대비영어전업본과학생영어학습적교학방법,제고학생적학습능력이급영어운용능력,제고운남전대영어망고합격솔현득우기중요。
At present,the pass rate of web-based college English test（B） in Yunnan TV University is far below the national average pass rate.Therefore a specific plan and some suggestions have been put forward to enhance teaching instruction and supervision,intensify teaching and learning process management,integrate regular English courses teaching with the preparation work for web-based College English Test reasonably at all learning centers so as to improve student＇s English language competence and promote student＇s passing rate of the test as well.It must have realistic and practical guiding significance on enhancing the teaching quality and teaching level of English at RTVUs.
