目的探讨内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市鄂温克旗蒙古族人群中慢性肾脏病(CKD)患病率及危险因素.方法对该地区20岁以上常住居民CKD肾损伤指标及相关危险因素进行流行病学调研.结果符合入选条件的被调查者共l 056例,白蛋白尿阳性率为12.47%;血尿阳性率为2.18%;以估计肾小球滤过率(eGFR)＜60 ml/(min·1.73 m2)者计算,肾功能下降患病率为2.46%;去除白蛋白尿、血尿及eGFR降低共同存在造成重复,该地区CKD患病率为12.41%.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,年龄、空腹血糖及TG升高、收缩压升高与白蛋白尿独立相关;年龄、收缩压升高与肾功能下降独立相关;年龄与血尿独立相关.结论内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市鄂温克旗蒙古族人群CKD患病率为12.41%;相关危险因素包括年龄增加、血压、血糖及血脂异常.

Objective To investigate the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD)and risk factors in general adult population in the district of Hulunbeier of Inner Mongolia autonomous region where is fully concentrated with many minorities.Methods 1056 residents aged 20 years and older in the area of Hulunbeier were randomly selected using a stratified,multi-stage sampling method.All residents were tested for morning spot urine of albumin to creatinine ratio(ACR) (abnormal≥30 mg/g); morning spot urine dipstick of hematuria(abnormal:1 + or greater)confirmed by urine microscopy(abnormal: ＞ 3 red blood cells/HP); and modified MDRD demographic characteristics,health characteristics (eg.hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and hypertension) and indicators of kidney damage were also examined.Results Eligible data of 1056 subjects were enrolled in the study.The prevalence of albuminuria was 12.47%; Hematuria was 2.18% and reduced eGFR was 2.46%.A-part from the repetition among microalbuminuria,hematuria and reduced eGFR,approximately 12.41% subjects had at least one indicator of kidney damage.Age,hyperlipidemia,hyperlipidemia and hypertension were independently associated with CKD.Conclusion The prevalence of chronic kidney disease is 12.41% in the district of Hulunbeier of Inner Mongolia autonomous region.Independent risk factors associated with kidney damage are age,hyperglycemia,hyperlipidemia and hypertension.The spectrum and correlated factors of CKD there are little bit higher than those of Beijing and developed countries.
