目的 探讨安全、经济、实用的直肠癌低位保肛手术方法.方法 对63例中低位直肠癌患者按全直肠系膜切除术(TME)要求切除直肠,荷包缝合钳封闭直肠残端,管型直肠吻合器行低位保肛术.结果 本组63例无手术死亡,所有患者的吻合器切除圈完整,切缘均无肿瘤残留.术后出现吻合口瘘2例(3.2%),局部复发3例(4.8%),尿潴留4例(6.3%).结论 荷包钳荷包缝合直肠与管形吻合器用于直肠癌低位保肛术安全、简便、经济,适合在基层医院推广.

Objective To explore safety, economy, pragmatic for low rectal cancer preservtion anus operation method.
