研究油菜种子树脂半薄切片和超薄切片,发现胚子叶细胞被蛋白体和油体所充实,蛋白体为球状晶体蛋白体,油体大小差异较大,小油体呈球形,大油体呈椭球形.油体经分离和统计分析,表明小油体数量较多,平均直径为0.57μm;大油体数量较少,平均直径为2.39μm;不同大小油体的数量随着油体体积的增加而逐渐减少.
研究油菜種子樹脂半薄切片和超薄切片,髮現胚子葉細胞被蛋白體和油體所充實,蛋白體為毬狀晶體蛋白體,油體大小差異較大,小油體呈毬形,大油體呈橢毬形.油體經分離和統計分析,錶明小油體數量較多,平均直徑為0.57μm;大油體數量較少,平均直徑為2.39μm;不同大小油體的數量隨著油體體積的增加而逐漸減少.

The semithin and ultrathin sections of resin embedded seeds of Brassica napus L.were observed under light microscope and electron microscope.In embryo cotyledon, cells were full of protein bodies and oil bodies.The protein bodies were heterogeneous in crystal globoids.The sizes and shapes of oil bodies were different.Small oil body was spheroid and large oil body was ovoid.The quantity assay of oil bodies after isolation indicated that there were more small ones with average diameter of 0.57μm than large ones with average diameter 2.39μm.
