以仔猪睾丸支持细胞为实验模型,采用二步酶消化法分离支持细胞进行培养.探讨了0、10、20、40、80 μmol·L~(-1)的氯化镉对支持细胞的毒性作用.结果表明:10 μmol·L~(-1).以上的氯化镉有抑制支持细胞生长的作用,并能使支持细胞氧化酶活性下降,造成支持细胞DNA损伤.
以仔豬睪汍支持細胞為實驗模型,採用二步酶消化法分離支持細胞進行培養.探討瞭0、10、20、40、80 μmol·L~(-1)的氯化鎘對支持細胞的毒性作用.結果錶明:10 μmol·L~(-1).以上的氯化鎘有抑製支持細胞生長的作用,併能使支持細胞氧化酶活性下降,造成支持細胞DNA損傷.

The study was designated to explore the toxic effects of cadmium on piglet Sertoli cells. Sertoli cells were isolated from piglet testes uisng a two-step enzyme digestion and followed by differential plating. Piglet Sertoli cells were cultured and classified into five groups, i.e, group A, control without cadmium chloride; group B with 10 μM cadmium chloride; group C with 20 μM cad-mium chloride; group D with 40 μM cadmium chloride; and group E with 80 μM cadmium chloride. We found that Sertoli cells' growth was inhibited by arsanilic acid at 10 μM compared with the control group A. The oxidase activity of Sertoli cells was de-creased by arsanilic acid at 10 μM. Moreover, DNA damage of Sertoli cells was observed by arsanilic acid at 10 μM.
