연구발현포도당여린목잡다산반응,능생성유색산물,타적최대흡수파장시 690 nm,흡광도여포도당적질량농도정선성관계,검출한위 2×10-5 mol/L。본법이용우측정포도당주사액중적포도당함량。
A spectrophotometric method for determination of glucose was developed based on measurement of color product formed by reaction of glucose with 12-molybdophosphate. The absorbance is proportional to concentration of glucose over the range of 2×10-5~2×10-3 mol/L with detection limit of 2×10-5 mol/L at wavelength of 690 nm.The method was applied to determination of glucose in injectors with satisfactory results.
